In this 0.8 FT capacity role, CTO For Hire acted as internal Engineering Manager in the agency, who in turn provided services to their client; a reputable HRTech scaleup business.
During the engagement, CTO For Hire provided:
- 1-on-1 coaching and line management of 10+ on-field team members, split across 4 workstreams with the client.
- Led complex client stakeholder management through the full “start, deliver, finish” lifecycle.
- Technical & cultural interviews of senior and lead level roles to meet client growth expectations.
- Led new employee onboarding for agency & client environments; living, leading and communicating cultural norms and expectations.
- Managed risks, escalations & performance challenges of team members.
